Trail Anniversary
Celebration! Despite the
cold weather, September 27th was an exciting day.
Trail enthusiasts from around the Country and
Midwest enjoyed the festivities held at the Ozaukee
Justice Center. Click

And the winner is…. Roland Chaloupka!!!
At the anniversary
celebration, participants that completed a trail
usage survey were entered into a drawing for a free
bicycle. Roland is the winner of a new Trek 7200
Bicycle, which was donated by Trek, Port/Grafton Ski
& Cyclery and Wheel & Sprocket. Roland rides the
Trail up to three times per week and enjoys biking
along the northern stretch of the Trail.

The Town of Grafton will be
reconstructing
Ridgewood Road through the
Ridgewood Subdivision from late September through
October. A detour route will be developed. |
 |
Trucks on the
Trail?!? The majority of
the land for the Interurban Trail is leased from We
Energies. From October 2003 - February 2004, they
will be making upgrades to their transmission lines.
